Experienced reloaders will have multiple manuals. Choose whichever one floats your boat. Eventually you will end up with several.
My father taught me to reload over 25 years ago. With the age of the internet physical manuals are not that important anymore. Plus data is also ever changing. For 223 a manual is not needed, they're only really useful for people that cast or older calibers.
I got a caliber that Hornady manual l says 22 is max, but the powder website lowered it down to 20 as max, a few years ago.
