As a non-resident, you can only hunt with a licensed guide. Even if its your brother who lives there. There is no provision for tagging along with anyone.
My Friend, who works for Fisheries and Lands division,checked this out as well.I suppose I will have to ask this of the provincial authorities but If I was go with my NFLD resident friend who has a tag but I do not have a firearm, would that be allowed. I just enjoy the experience, don't need to be the one pulling the trigger.
