I have three 300BLK rifles. A non restricted ACR with stainless match barrel Suputin turned for me, a 12 inch AR I built also with a stainless match barrel Suputin turned for me and a Remington 700 AAC-SSD 16 inch. Since we are talking about AR's I'll leave out loads for the Rem.
So far my best loads are:
-19.4gr H110 under a 110gr V-max set to 2.04" coal. This load chrony's around 2350fps gets a little better than 1.5moa from the ACR and around 2200fps from my 12 inch AR. This load was developed for my PWS 9.75 inch piston AR that I sold but the load functions well and provides decent accuracy in all my rifles so development has stopped on this projectile for a while
-20.2gr A1680 under a 155gr A-max set to 2.2" coal. This load has shot 0.9moa from the ACR. This is my go-to load for accuracy and for hunting. At the lower velocities of the 300BLK the softer A-max isn't as bad of a choice for hunting. I've seen what these bullets can do on a deer and they hold together well and expand nicely.
This load also shoots sub moa through the Remongton.
-17gr LiL'Gun under a 155gr A-max set to 2.2" coal. This load chrony's around 2000fps from the ACR and 0.9moa is the best group so far. This load is my second choice for when I feel stingy with the A1680. This load also shoots sub moa from the Remington.
-18.6gr of A1680 under a Hornady 168gr HPBT set to 2.215" coal. This load has shot better than 1 moa but I haven't done much testing with it and haven't chrony'd it yet.
-For subsonics I use A1680 and Hornady 208gr BTHP match. 12.4 grains of powder cycles my ACR perfectly, it chrony's just under 1200fps which may be a little fast, that's the lightest I can go and still have it cycle but the load is quieter than normal. I'm going to try it in the AR with the 12 inch barrel and see what it does.
-17.4gr of H110 under a 125gr Nosler Ballistic tip hunting set to 2.06" through the ACR gives close to 1 moa and around 2180fps.
I have some other loads built that I haven't tested yet so once I have some time to play more I'll have more info. I also found some 4227 to try which I've heard is pretty good in the 300BLK.
