Next on the horizon for Norinco

I like the idea from the "best idea ever" thread that Can Am brought up. M1 carbine in 7.62x25 (but extended to non restricted lengths). I'd take that in a traditional or mall ninja tacticool stock. Actually i'd take any reliable, preferably non restricted semi in 7.62x25 at a 500ish price point. Or maybee an M14 or black special in 7.62x39 or .223 (.223 using AR mags).
 
I like the M1 Carbine in x25...that would be cool, especially non-restricted.

X39 AR uppers...they were not popular in the US because, IIRC, if you put more than 5-7 rounds in your .223 mags they would malfunction.

But if they use .223 mags, 2 things are worth noting:

1) a 5 round limit isn't a big concern up here for obvious reasons

2) if they are otherwise identical to a .223 mag, but say x39 on them, and are pinned where 5 rounds of .223 would push the follower down to...you know?
 
OH and i forgot, a decent pistol in 7.62x25 that takes the same mags as said rifle. All i ask is ambi safeties and half decent ergonomics, but a rail wouldn't hurt.
 
All i can say is DO IT. my money will be incomming immediately for the pistol and 2 cases of ammo if the pistol is under 500 with ambi safeties
