Nicest looking wheelgun on the market? (current production)

Unless yours is for sale, I am not sure would be considered "on the market"

107mm of Super Redhawk

Just finished the "touch ups"... I had the barrel chopped down from 7.5"
The "chop" went well, but, lots of rough edges and dings.

Anyway... I'm content, although I'm waiting for a set of old-style Ruger grips to replace the monstrous Hogues.

Enjoy!

I dont think its that special of a run.... If they just made their 4" revolvers 4.2 everyone would win. I am sure the Americans wouldnt mind the extra .2 inches overall, and they would increase their sales. I am sure it would increase enough to offset the price of adding the .2inches.

And the Canadian market can't be small enough not to justify it, otherwise Ruger never would have done it. I am sure their not in the business of losing money...

The Canadian market is too small for S&W to make a killing by making a special run of revolvers.

Who did the work?

'Bits of Pieces' did the work.
The good: The cost was substantially less than the next quoted price (as in 60% less).
The bad: He had it for 7months and there were marks which weren't there before. If I wasn't "hands-on" capable I'd have been very upset, but I knew I could clean it up and at a steal of a deal.

True, but, anyone can buy a 'Super Redhawk' and get it chopped... as I did. So, it is on the market in the sense that anyone who wants one can have one (it just takes a little more time).
Total cost with barrel chop is still less than a new S&W revovler.

I just bought a Smith and Wesson 327 TRR8, and I think it is the ###iest revolver I've seen. The fit and balance and 8 shot capability.....sweet!
Haven't quite it figured out how to post pics on here yet, sorry.

Set up a library here: photobucket.com

Once you upload your pictures put the mouse over the thumbnail. You will see four links. Click on the one that is labeled IMG code. It's easy once you get started. It's free and handy for other purposes too.

That's a very sharp revolver you have. Mine is 8 shot too. Lot's of bang in that cylinder!!

Thanks for the info, I will set that up for sure!
It's funny, I was definitely an ''auto'' guy and love my HK P30L, but when I saw the TRR8, I just had to have it and now it is my favorite........no wait.....it's the HK.......no........???........mmmmmmmm
Damn this sport is addictive!.....and pricey!

Just 18 months ago I was unlicensed and only dreamed of owning a handgun. Now I have three semi autos and the one S&W PC 627 revolver. From the time I picked up the first revolver ever handled I just had to have one of my own. I'm sure there is a Freudian answer somewhere but I have my own theory. You see pistols are definitely male. Note that they are blocky and go through a lot of chest thumping before they get the job done. Revolvers are curvy and obviously female as they kill you dead without all the fuss. So you see buying a wheel gun only proves that you are a straight heterosexual male. Now does that make you feel better??

Would you retool your plant knowing that some Canadian legislator/bureaucrat could make the legal minimum 4.5 inches faster than a heartbeat??
