Actually, Sherlock, I'm NOT singling out Canadammo. I was making a comment about customer service in general, plain and simple. I have no idea what actually happened, and quite frankly, I dont care. Would I air my complaints of a few unanswered emails here? No. Phones work pretty good. My point was, if you get poor customer service, from whoever, move on and spend your money elsewhere.

I don't have an issue with making a complaint when it's justified. I do have an issue with the way that fatbastard handled this one.
Yeah - suck it up and act like a man. Make an effort to fix the problem or move on, like you said. Email gets delayed or mislaid for lots of reasons. The OP did not try to fix his problem or to move on. Do you really think it was an appropriate, adult, and effective method of problem solving?? Really?
