Norc 1911 9mm, M14, CSA Compact, PPS50

Got mine today fit and finish is pretty good ,the etching of the model # on the slide is pretty faint hardly even notice it as mentioned in the other np29 thread people were complaining about mags not dropping free all mine do.the top of the slide is flattened for anti glare and the front sight is in a dovetail.would like to thank Ryan for the great service and the extra gift card found two in my box one in the pistol case and one with the paper work,oh and my serial #1910. well it`s 2.30am and just got home from work i`am beat will post the pics tomorrow of the unboxing and some pics of the pistol.

Serial number SE01911 is really not that important. These are Chinese reproductions of a firearm that initially were produced about 100 years ago.

Serial number is not an issue for me nor thus NP29 being a Chinese product, I just want my completely paid, completely registered, completely approved pistol so I can bring it to the range as the snow is starting to pile up and the weather is starting to get extremely cold out here in the prairies. I haven't even received a TRACKING NUMBER!

No tacking number here either, and I received my transfer notice from the RCMP on Monday, which means it had been approved days earlier...

I had the same situation but I think the problem is that the CFO wasn't notifying SFRC when the transer was approved so now they need to initiate contact with all these CFO's again and check the transfer status.

We never got notified by many CFO's that transfers were approved. We called in this morning on over 50 guns that we weren't notified about. Now that we know those ones are approved we are boxing them up.

I guess we just have to keep on whinnin'... since I got my Authorization to Transport and Transfer Notification since Monday, maybe by tomorrow I will get the other paperworks from CFO, but unfortunately, I will have to wait for the mailman for my package.:(

Everyone that was approved and we weren't informed had their guns go to shipping today. They will ship today and tomorrow.

The wait was well worth it.
Got mine yesterday and had it out to the range, today.
For accuracy potential, I tried it from a sandbag.
First five shots I fired from the gun was at 10yds. 1" group, three of the holes touching.
After about 300 rds, I shot 5 more at 25yds. 2.25" group.
Tried 5 more at 10yds from the sandbag. 1" group, four holes touching.
It's shooting at POA dead center.
Free hand? I'm working on it! Shooting left of center.
Had a few feeding issues at first, and the slide didn't always stay open after last shot.
All seems to be working well, now.
Trigger pull is much better than I expected, almost "very good".
Fit and finish is very good, IMO.
I've seen better mags come out of a 1911, but they worked fine.
Too say the least, "I'm camping, happily".

Just back from the range as well...I thought the trigger was not bad either. I was doing all free hand shooting and I didn't do the greatest. Tight to the left and right but, wild up and down. My excuse, I have an SR9 that weighs almost a pound less (400 grams)....ya thats the reason.
The only issue I had with the NP29 was the front sight is moving side to side so i had to keep pushing it back to center...gonna have to fix that, any suggestions. As well magazines (i had 4) are tough to load. One of the followers keeps getting stuck on the inside so i could only load 4 into it. No FTF or any other mechanical issues.
All in all I am very happy with my newest addition...the wait was worth it....now what do I change first ??

My NP29 showed up today. I was not expecting it so soon.
The fit & finish is more than acceptable. Pleasant surprise. The trigger pull is not bad but I have a new trigger system to go in anyway so that is not an issue.
I cannot comment on accuracy until it goes to the range.

Ryan. This was my first dealing with your company. It will not be my last. You know how to run a business properly. Thanks.

Magazine only?

Got an email last night from SFRC with the new status of my order now SHIPPED. Thank you, but that doesn't satisfy me. You are shipping the NP29 mags only? What happened to the NP29 pistol?

They are in the box withthe gun...PM me your order number, they may not have got around to updating both orders yet
