I've owned 2 identical Norc 1911 Compacts (Commander) - apart from the trigger job, the extractor tuning the throat and ramp job and the overall check up, you'll also get tightened slide to frame fit (done properly) and the barrel hood and lugs to slide and link are checked (barrel fit). Oh yes, and a 1 year warranty. This barrel fit is important, it can take several hundred rounds to a thousand rounds find out the hard way that it isn't right. The one year warranty is nothing to sneeze at either. I still have the Armco Norc, the untuned gun is gone. For what you pay for the Armco tune with most 'smiths you'll get a trigger job and maybe an extractor tune. The Norc I have will function flawlessly with any bullet profile and is accurate and reliable, functionally it's the equivalent of ANY other 1911 and better than most, regardless of cost
