I installed a tiny 2.5x20 Simmons deerfield shothun scope on a new-to-me Norc JW15 compact (13" barrel) in high see thru rings and went to the range. After getting on paper at 25yds with the rain getting heavier, I set up a 2" square targ dot at a liitle over 50yds and shot this first group over a makeshift front rest of 2x4s stacked and a hunters seat cushion. I packed it in after that as it was an all out down pour by then - that was good enough for a start. Used Win Dynapoint Gt ammo. I think I'm going to like this little shooter.
As to the factory irons, the front sight needs to be ground down about .030" to .070" by my calculations. As issued it's printing, with standard ammo, 3" low at 25yds with the rear elevator set in its highest notch. I may install a peep so won't grind it down until I decide about that.
