Norc waranty center

It's a Norinco from deepest, darkest China. Consequently, unless the dealer gave you some form of special, personal warranty, there is none. If the dealer gave you a warranty, then any work would be on him. However it is highly unlikely that a dealer would warranty a Norinco unless there were obvious defects at the time of purchase. I suspect that you are SOL for a warranty. You could try going back to the dealer, especially if it is a recent purchase, otherwise you will most likely have to engage the services of a reputable gunsmith.

There is no such thing as a Norinco warrantee center and to be specific there is no such thing as a Norinco warrantee. You have a brief period after purchasing one from a Canadian dealer where they may or may not (depending how honorable they are) refund or replace a lemon. Beyond that you are stuck with it and will need to take it to a gunsmith.

Bell Outdoors , Marstar , North Silva and maybe others bring in Norinco

Ask them to see if they can help
