It's a Norinco from deepest, darkest China. Consequently, unless the dealer gave you some form of special, personal warranty, there is none. If the dealer gave you a warranty, then any work would be on him. However it is highly unlikely that a dealer would warranty a Norinco unless there were obvious defects at the time of purchase. I suspect that you are SOL for a warranty. You could try going back to the dealer, especially if it is a recent purchase, otherwise you will most likely have to engage the services of a reputable gunsmith.
