So what you're trying to say is those of us that used a credit card that are being charged interest because we didn't have cash in hand for this deal shouldn't have been charged until they actually completed the processing to lessen the burden on us while they cover overhead / make interest off our money?

Relax, my fellow nutter, my post was intended to inject a little well-intentioned humor into a thread filled with more than its share of whining. Maybe I should have used a few smilies to reinforce my sentiment for the benefit of the obtuse. It was not my intent to offend you.

In reviewing my post, I can’t find the vocabulary or spelling errors you alluded to. Care to point them out?

Just got mine today... finish is decent, not really any scratches but blueing is typical for norinco... no rough edges.

Replaced the grips so far but stock ones were not cracked.

Great deal

Package arrived today(paid via EMT on 23rd of April). None of those chipped grips horror stories here. Everything's in order, greasy.

I paid $500 for a 1911 and ammo, less than I would have had a bought them separately. The process was slow, but I didn't pay speedy service did I? I paid for a great deal. I knew what I was getting into, I read the notifications on the website saying there will be a delay, and it all worked out in the end.
I'm happy with how it played out

waiting on bc cfo from the 15th of may still early, personal restricted transfer recently took 9 weeks with cfo. . should go quicker from canadaammo verses personal.
 
payment finally taking today. Ordered on the 26.....Moved to shipping department. With this being my 1st restricted purchase what kind of wait times are manitobans seeing with.the cfo?

If you're ordering paintball grips, just ensure that they are actually for a 1911 pistol, some of my paintball guns with a ".45 grip frame" don't have the proper cut outs for the mag release or the spring block for the safety.

the ones I ordered , are made for the 1911 standard profile,, you get to pick the grip you want for the gun;you want!!! im sure they will fit fine ,they fit on my GSG 1911 Also!!!
 
CFO ( NB actually I think ) called me today.. Was a little odd, they wanted to confirm all my info, then said "thanks, we will send it off to the province now". At least I know it's in the works now

Should I be expecting a call...? I listed my work number as my contact, thinking that it's more likely I am at work during CFC hours but I am now on holidays for 10 days and my transfer was just sent to CFC yesterday. Am I screwed? :(

Just got mine today and was never called by CFO ON.

Was charged on the 20th of April and it came today.
One month for CanadaAmmo, CFO and Canpar to do their stuff.
I'm happy, happy, happy.
Thank-you again, CanadaAmmo
And I'm gradually getting an "arsenal" of plastic AR-15's.
