I just picked up and opened a can of Norinco .223. Each round is stamped with C J 95. I'm wondering, what does that mean? Moreover, I googled some pictures of other Norinco .223 rounds and notice they were stamped with C J 92. What is with the inconsistency?
BTW is the brass from these rounds worth saving up for reloading? If not, what can I do with them?
