3-shoot
4-attempt to rack, jimmy with it for a bit, fiddle the action until loads second shell
5-fire again
6-Repeat and enjoy!

woah how did that happen? You're scaring me now:eek:

took a shot, and heard a *ting* which I thought was just a steel gong, cycled it again, and it felt a little gritty, but it was gritty straight outta the box, so fired again, heard the sound like a hammer hitting an anvil, tried to cycle it and it wouldnt... started to unload the remaining shells, and a few bits of metal fell out the bottom.

when I got it home and disassembled it, the slide block was in 6 pieces, which is where the metal came from. That was rounds 26 and 27 through it, that caused it to die.

I also managed to slice my finger wide open while disassembling it, on the slide rails, mine was apparently made out of recycled razors.

That sucks man. :( I'm pretty cut up from mine too. At least I got mine to work finally. We'll see how long it lasts.

Got my two yesterday after being in the field for a few days. The wife opened the even serial numbered one seeing as one is for her, and she was upset cause her's wasn't in a bag, and had some marks on it looking like it'd be cycled and the mag tube had some scratches on it from the pump. I opened mine, and it was in a bag, and looked like it had over a gallon of cosmoline or oil or wtf it is all over it. lol. She was't too upset then seeing as hers looks like its been cleaned, hahah.

Over all, I am not complaining about anything, seeing as I paid $89 for each of them. I'll shoot them and hopefully they'll be good to go!

noob question here I think, how come there is no rear sight?

It's a shotgun. Most shotguns don't have 'sights', they have 'beads'. One brass bead up front to orient the gun. You 'point' it more than you 'aim' it.

Some shotguns are equipped with ghost rings but that's relatively rare in the shotgun world. Shotguns are meant for higher speed moving targets - you don't have time to line up sights exactly, you just put the bead on the target and let the pattern of the shot do the rest.
