....can someone tell me what makes the Norinco 84-S prohibited...
Because the Liberal f*cks would have you believe that puppies & kittens all over the world die as soon as it is taken out of it's case.
You will drive yourself insane trying to figure out any form of logic or reason behind Canada's gun laws.

" The Libs didn't prohibit the AK."
Odd, they where the majority gov't of the day. January 1st 1995
Sure Kim Campbell restricted them before that, but didn't prohibit them, besides she was prett'near a lib anyways.

IIRC the Norinco variants including the RPK (Model 87?) were specifically listed as prohibs under OIC # 13 which was presented by the f*cktard Allan Rock.
In either case who presented it is irrelevant.. there is simply no sound logic behind the regs.

Out of curiosity can someone tell me what makes the Norinco 84-S prohibited when rifles like the CZ 858 in its various forms are not?
The Libs didn't know about the 858 back when former prohibited weapons order #13 was passed.
Can the 84-S be made legal?
Yes, you can have it deactivated.
..... but maybe I've got the 12(5) guns mis-remembered.....$hit, I can't hardly remember where I put my car keys these days.

You're incorrect. C-17 prohibited the 12(3) (4) and (5) guns, not C-68.
