Norinco AR....What A Piece of Sh*T

Sample size of 1...

Remember your funding the Enemy when buying from North China Industries.
When your building guns in a state arms factory with no labor code you can get a product out pretty cheap on $, maybe not so much on the human factor but hey if you sleep better...

Exactly, just keep buying foreign guys..........Truth is..... slavery is still fine with most people.......If china copies everything out on the market and brings it in for extremely cheap that no company can compete with, just wait when they jack up the price and they are the only game in town...

To the original poster, you fired 350rds through a gun, big deal........

That's right.........lets by CANADIAN!!!

Ummmm ya...................wait a minute!

I say just buy non slave labor made guns should be the standard, and of course not to buy from a nation that openly talks about invading North America every day....

China already invaded the west coast.....OH NO YOU DIDN'T! :)

Joking aside, Norinco won't be going away anytime soon. I agree with some of the posts recently mentioned, but to the new or casual shooter, can't beat the pricepoint of the Norinco. Everyone I know owns at least one type of Norinco.

My word, the drama in here.

When did China talk about invading Canada?

When did they officially become the enemy? They were here for a visit earlier in the year and Harper looked pretty friendly with the country that is going to be the economic hail Mary for our oil sands after Obama's administration choose to pass on that cross borders pipeline.

I will gloss over the rest as its just fear mongering rhetoric.

Norc guns work great for what they are. If you want to drop $2K+ on an AR that is awesome but don't flame people who buy a Norc that will punch paper just as well for 1/3 the price.

My norc has north of 2K rounds through it and it runs fine, shoots strait and has not given me any grief... why again should I have bought American for double or triple the price?

You might want to open up the computer that you wrote that on because I bet there is more than one part made in China ,mabey check a few appliances in your house or parts in your car and I think you will find "MADE IN CHINA" as well.
What do you think happens if they dont work in these "SLAVE" factorys with no labor code ? They probley dont get to eat or feed there familys ............. what would be better to work and eat OR dont work and dont eat ? Put yourself in there shoes , you cant blame the workers.

I have no problems buying Norplinko, hell everything else you buy is made in china anyway so what's the difference between buying guns or buying toasters. I'm sure if Norc's were allowed in the USA they would sell like crazy.

So you guys rejecting Norinco on the basis it's made in China...I suppose you don't ever buy anything at Walmart either? How about Home Depot? Where's your dog food made?

The computer you are visiting and posting on this site...where were the components made again? The monitor, the hard drive, the RAM, motherboards...where are they all made? How certain are you that your laptop wasn't made by Foxconn?

How about that North American car/pickup you bought in the last decade...you sure the exhaust, springs and wheels weren't made in China? How about all the fixtures in your house, your drywall, all the rest, you sure that wasn't made in China?

What about your light fixtures, lights, furniture, new LED floodlights, solar panels, plumbing fixtures and pieces?

How about those "made in America" brand name scopes and knives...you sure your copy isn't one of the more recent lines made in China FOR the big brand name? What about that "tactical light"? Your motorcyle/quad/skidoo parts? Replacement parts from NAPA/Lordco and Cambodian Tire? Your batteries?

If you think about it long and hard, you'll find that Chinese made products are FAR more numerous than you already thought. But even that number is wrong: double THAT number, so that it's about 8x as much as you thought.

So if you reject Norinco on the basis "it's made by the enemy", then can we assume that you are Amish and reject all modern technology?

Look, I'm not trying to be critical or superior, I'm just trying to open some eyes as to the reality of the situation today: it's FAR FAR too late to avoid buying Chinese, if you are buying anything new. The last chance we had at avoiding "buying Chinese" was around the mid-1980's...and even then a buddy took me around the house lifting items up to see the Made in China stamp, and that was quite the shocker then. Today I simply ASSUME it's made in China. Even when the stamp claims otherwise, as there's been MANY liars in North America wanting to claim it was made here when it wasn't. I've heard this extends to many "big American brand"'s "budget lines".

If you take a principled stand in rejecting Norinco products, then I say good for you. Me, I'm too poor to not take advantage, having not realised the income levels where I can stand with you.

Maybe you'll get to shoot at them at some point in time with their own weapons. How awesome is that?

In Canada, unions regularly help put Canadians out of work, so at the end of the day someone has to do it.

I was actually arguing with some "Occupy" people today and found it funny that they were using facebook to arrange anti-corporate meetups, and trying to sell things online to help raise money for some anti-capitalist stuff they were working on.. sometimes people don't understand..

I think they changed it to North Korea...otherwise everyone in western Canada would have been offended...OH NO YOU DIDN'T!!! :p

I believe that was the reason why the release date of that movie was delayed. They had to change all the symbols and stuff like that in the movie.

Oh I know about the change. It's garbage, they should have stuck with the new Red Menace.

Although I don't agree with unions that much, I think it has more to do with no tariffs on goods being imported to Canada that due not follow the same environmental or wage laws we have here in Canada. If these other nations had to pay there workers more or fair wages that would even things up a bit and promote fair trade between nations.

I think you guys are not really thinking this thing through in regards to the end results and the consequences it will and has caused.

I have no problem buying from people that are Chinese, but slave labor and not following the rules we are made to follow in manufacturing in NA is a "lose lose" situation for humanity in the end, all over greed that really only benefits the super rich.

And some of you guys wonder why the middle class shrinks.. Also the most important thing many of you guys may not beware off is what happens when the US or Canadian dollars loses value, in other words the devaluation of the dollar. When you are a nation that does not produce anything you simply become slaves to everyone else... Yeah Canada may be able to sell some of it's natural resources now but eventually even that will dry up.

Canadians are getting more in debt now than ever before and it continues to grow, the reality is the government made promises to people that could never be kept and the situation will only get worse till we start addressing the real problems...Globalizium in it's current form does not work...

The simple fact that such a ridiculous amount of people openly declare China the "Enemy" means that China foreign policy is working exactly as planned.
The more I hear people buying into staged foreign policy aggression from China the more its actually quite amusing once you realize its just that...staged for international posturing.

They WANT you to think they are aggressive, they WANT you to think they are a threat. But they DON'T want you to think they will ACTUALLY do anything. They themselves would not do anything that threatens their economic prowess, which IS their power.

Its so true how little the west knows about Chinese culture and mentality. You are all actually buying into what they all WANT you to think, not what they ACTUALLY think.
This is par on parcel for Chinese foreign politics, its all a game of shadows and deception to place them in the best position possible, WITHOUT any form of actual aggression, especially militarily.

The west eats up their rhetoric like a fat kid eats fried chicken. And its actually painful to watch continuously. Seriously, you are all being conned.

There's a few books I would recommend that may be an eye opener for those who want a more inside look into chinese history, culture and governmental policies. You may be surprised how your outlook on china changes. Not to the point of rainbows and unicorns, but definately not outright calling them the ENEMY. That is falling into their trap and makes you look completely ignorant of ACTUAL chinese policy. They are no more an enemy than Mcdonalds is to Burger King. They are competitors in a world where they are emerging as an international power.

Get a book callled "ON CHINA" by Henry Kissinger. Yes, Henry Kissinger, national security advisor and secretary of state for the US under nixon and Ford. He goes into extreme detail the reasons, why's and how's of Chinese foreing policy and the way they think. It's very different to western politics where everything is taken at face value.
