norinco reloading components?

I think people are attributing cheap Norinco loaded ammunition to mean cheap components to purchase, but all the cheap surplus ammo we were getting is old stock, CanAm has mentioned it here and multiple times before that newly produced ammo (and as would be expected) components are not cheaper than US-made.

It was good while it lasted though...
