Some years ago I had bought at a estate auction a couple boxes of Norma bullets 9.3 mm 150 grain No. 69304. In any of the Norma load books I have seen there is no reference for the use of the bullet in any of the various 9.3 calibers. Its quite a bit lighter than normal bullet weights. Has anybody seen any load data for 150 grain? I'd guess this is 80's production . The booklet that I do have is the Norma Gunbug's guide No. 63 and Tech info No. 7. The modern data online doesnt seem to have anything.

I found on google, reference to 154 bullets having been factory loaded by Norma for 9.3x57. A picture of Norma #69304 bullet box shows them as 154 grain. The cartridge listing using that bullet says it is a Round Nose FMJ bullet. Fix the link and go here to see pictures -

Load data for any 9.3mm? - that's too wide open. What would you use them in?
In the 9.3X62, 35 Whelen Loads would work, but your MV's and pressure will be lower in a 9.3X62 than if it was shot in a 35 Whelen, and higher if shot in a 9.3X57, problem is that neither (nor hardly any 35 Cal/9.3mm rifle) will have published 150 gr loads available.
358 Win and 350 Rem Mag have case capacities similar to the 9.3X57 and 9.3X62:
358 Win - 57 cc's
9.3X57 - 64 cc's
350 Rem Mag - 73 cc's
9.3X62 - 77 cc's
Going to Lyman Cast Bullet data they have load data for 150 grain cast bullets for the 358 Win, and 350 Rem Mag. Assuming you have a modern strong action, you could use these loads with your 9.3mm 150 gr jacketed bullets - 150 gr 358 Win loads for the 9.3X57, and 150 gr 350 Rem Mag loads for the 9.3X62:
How does this compare to the loads you had started to develop?

I shoot quite a bit of cast in the 9.3's , have a NOE gas check mold and I had Leo at Boomers molds in Regina build a plain base mold. Its a lot cheaper to shoot than buying jacketed bullets. The privi 285 grain are the cheapest I have found. Lots of good data for the larger bullets.
I believe the 154 grain .365 bullets are intended for use in the 9mm Makarov. I have tried some in a 9.3x57 Husqvarna using a mild charge of H4895. I’ve only tried a few loads and the results were not great. Way off the fixed sights and very sooty cases, low pressure. Back burner project and what to do with 90 Makarov bullets.
