Congratulations on aquiring one of the hardest to locate SKS rifles.
I have no idea what that might be worth in Canada, but in the USA, it would fetch a pretty penny.

I can point out that your rifle is not missing too much. Most internal parts are exactly the same as the Russian and will interchange nicely.
The stock will be the hard part, as it takes a laminated stock with two cross pins in the wrist.

Also it appears that your receiver is not drilled for a grenade launching sight, so I am thinking you do not have this lever.
I'd GUESTIMATE that the rifle you show in the condition I can see from the limited PICS would bring at least $800 here in the states.
Now having said that, your 1949 Russian spike bayonet rifles that sell up there for $450 would bring $1200 here.
