North Sylvia-Chiappa Alaskan Scout Take Down in 45-70

I am sure if enough people were interested they would brew up a batch of stainless, on the same note, does anyone know if the bore was chromes as well or just the extremities?

Guys, it's very early, but there is a 12" .45-70 in the works.

I'll post some pictures once they become available.

Thanks,
That's excellent news!!!! I will take 5 of them for my hunting crew. We all want one each. But have to be 45-70 for sure. And now I hear they will be stainless!!! That's the perfect bear defense gun right there. And being stainless never worry about it rusting up while out in the snow and rain hunting. Thank you NS!!

That looks gorgeous! But I still think they need to shave down those barrels. 7.5 pounds is too heavy for a gun that goes in your pack! A Ranch hand with a stock weighs under 5 pounds. I would be interested in this if they could make it lighter somehow.
