So the OP should post it up... if it is fake. No sense editing it out.

Or better yet, a screen shot of the continuous email chain, with sensitive emails blanked out if necessary. Neither party has actually posted an email. Just edited text alleging to be the content of the emails. If this was an actual fact finding mission, that would be actual evidence. In truth, this is a kangaroo court, with NS and the OP on either side, and random users with no actual investment oooooo and aaaaaaa'ing their support.

Hardly any evidentiary value, as if it matters much. This is the internet. The mob is fickle.

The OP Seems like a C.A.V.E (Citizen Against Virtually Everything) person anyway. But to make up sh*t only to have your whole story poked full of holes is something else. Maybe he thought NS doesn't check to see the next person who's can't be pleased. OP's own admission of being a nasty costumer. And then insisting on envolving the RCMP right away makes me think he barks a lot.

And on a side not. OP Just because you bubba'd your sks doesn't make you a gunsmith.

So why state send by purolator, then not? Did something change with purolator? Was the account once valid then closed? There is a 2 1/2 months between the two emails. Jan 11 (not feb 11 as stated in op) account is given for purolator, then March 31 is stated don't send by purolator. When was the account checked for validity? When was it valid to, if it was valid at all?

I'm not for either side. But there are still questions that should be answered to fully understand where the truth lay.

OP said NS is screwing him over, I fail to see part where he got screwed over other than the fact that ns told OP not to use purolator after telling op to send it via Purolator.

I think you made it clear u hate North Sylva.
 
the management may want to deal with this george person. His name has been up here quite regularly for the wrong reasons.
