Point was the service was good, mistake you made was posting before he had a chance to even know it was a mistake. Now if you had have posted heh, I sent him a message and he responded with "I didn't screw up your wrong and I'm not going to fix it." Then I'd at least be on your side you said he was closed and you knew he wouldn't get back to you. So you posted here to complain about the crappy service you got.

Mistakes happen all the time, service is about a timely (check) honest (check) fix to the issue (check). He did his part you should have given him some time to solve the issue before complaining here.

Generally I talk to the person I have an issue with before I start complaining to others about it and let that person fix it. If they don't then I ##### to others. To me this seems like the right way to do business.

I have never dealt with Badger, nor do I see how enlisting in an army of "brown nosers" is going to earn me any favours. I am just encouraging you to get your ducks in a row before pulling that trigger - before you post in an open forum, for the world to see - and comment on.
 
I like it better when the dealer freaks out,Arman has people skills takes the fun out of this type of thread.His reply and how it was handled (like a professional) was refreshing.It would seem to me once again the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Stop rising to the bait? Is that what all you juvenile keyboard tough guys are doing?...That's pretty much what I thought, but I'm a stand up kinda guy and I don't back down. It's too bad some of the posters here aren't face to face with me. I clearly apologized LONG ago in this thread, but the thread keeps being revived by juvenile losers.
 
You know what RACKMAN? There are people that respond without reading through the entire thread...so just ignore it. Those of us that have read the entire thread know the outcome, you've learned a lesson, so just stop getting your panties in a bunch over nothing. Comments like "Its to bad some of the posters here aren't face to face with me" just oozes childish and your liable to get your BP up if you keep letting reiterations get to you simply because someone didn't read, OR they are intentionally pushing your buttons. So if you are in fact this stand up individual you claim to be, just drop it and move on, don't bother responding. Pretty simple and a whole lot easier on the stress level :)

Online dealers must be diligent in ensuring shipping orders are correct. Too often they are not and it is like getting a meal at the drive through. Correct orders the first time and every time is what will give dealers more credibility. When one buys at the local gun shop, they get what they pay for. When dealing on line, they pay for what they are going to get.
