Honestly he's been great for me in the past. His turnaround time is usually days or weeks, not months. I'm not fluent enough in english to really explain the problem well but it is a major one so no surprises there.

I always found Mr Lever great to deal with. Just be polite, respectful, know what you are talking about and don't muzzle sweep him. Pretty basic.
