32 or 34 people at a time, 2 hours shooting at a time. Spaced out around range, sign in with someone now as opposed to sign yourself in. Will see what it’s like in a few days.EOSC reopened with some bizarre restrictions. I'm assuming they're following some level of governments guidelines. It's an outdoor club...
Ever since the Ed Burlew opinion that upper limit shotgun bore diameter is determined by the counterbored portion where choke tubes are installed, there has been great indignation on CGN about how all these conventional sporting shotguns are now prohibited.
A club accepts this interpretation, as do many members here, and blocks the use of these apparently prohibited firearms.
The government denies that this bore interpretation is correct, that there is no problem with shotguns with removable choke tubes.
Either the guns are banned or not. Can't have it both ways. Burlew says banned, government says not.
If the club allows these guns, it is accepting the government's interpretation, and that would suggest that the Burlew interpretation is just a red herring.
Is it?
