This right there is where they fvcked up! The son was on the list and for some reason managed to slip off that list, him and his that traveled to Middle East not long before the shooting…. They fuched up and they don’t wanna take the blame!
That said I heard that Tasmania and Queensland won’t change the laws and keep it as it is now, no increase in regulations/bans!

Look at the background of the Poly shooter, and then look at how that tragedy has been used to pursue political agendas ever since.

any nation that buys in - in principle - to the UN Disarmament plan, will be cutting where they can. Mass shootings are the perfect storm for this. everyone knows THEY will happen, and everyone SHOULD know that when they do, that's the perfect time to tighten the noose on firearms ownership. Primary producer is Basically Farmers

Cat A- is rimfires.
Cat B is centre fires
Cat C is semi auto shotgun / rifles. Only "pro" can acquire them or primary producer for pest control but strict rules

Trudeau used the 2019 NZ mosque shooting, literally on the other side of the planet, as justification to pursue bans in Canada in 2020. This recent horrendous attack in AUS will more than likely bring further bans here within the next year, I would bet money on it. Politicians and activists will never let a tragedy go to waste, especially when it so perfectly fits their agenda.
