Well we are going to pull the trigger on this project.
we have to run 1 profile on barrel, as we want these to be perfect, this is not a new thing for us, we have run around 1500/1700 AR bbls between 2011/15.
This is what we will be going with


Match Carbine 14.5
Caliber: 223 Wylde
Bore: Button Rifled, 1:8 twist
Bore : hand laped and polished.
Profile: STW strengh to weight (med weight straight profile)
M4 bbl extension: stainless
Mid lenght gas system
Crown : 11deg recessed target threaded 1/2x28
Material: 416R Stainless Steel
Finish: satin
Gas block 4140 steel Nitride (match fit no gas leak) +/- .0001 Thou.
MOA .75-1 MOA or better
Stainless mid lengh gas tube
Weight: 1lb 9 oz

people have asked for years, but just not been heavy into the ar15 since the AR crash of 2014
lots of cheap stuff out there, so just trying to keep within , what we do with our other product lines.

18.6 is perfect. What would be the gas system and weight? Ideally I'd like to be at or under 2 lbs. I find my SPR barrel to be a little front heavy.
