OFFICAL PREORDER for KAC style 14.5 inch Dimples Match AR15 BARRELS

Depending on if the receivers on that new non restricted AR style rifle that just came out can fir a standard AR barrel. An 18.5 version of this would be great.

I see BCL is going to be offering some NR length barrels.

I'd still much rather buy a match barrel from you, 18.6", medium contour, mid length to shed weight. Please let me know when/if this becomes a possibility.

Can you share who the blanks are made by?

Cheers!

Our wont be production level, mass manufactured, this will be more a quality target shooter oriented product .
Just like all of the S&J products.
an 18.6 would be just under 2 pounds. if i do the math right.
for the next run of bbls we would be be able to provide then untill late jan, due to all we have doing on, + shot show, NRA show, Ottawa CSAA, dealer show and Calgary CSAA show.
That would put us we a pre order 8 to 10 weeks from now?
Not sure how people feel about that?
That said that will fir in Nicely with the production time of the new semi auto sporting rifle that just came to market.
You wont find a better barrel for for this price in Canada.
As for the Blank maker, i,d rather not do that.

January(ish) works perfect for me! I want it for that MacDef stuff. And if for whatever reason that never comes to fruition I can use it to complete my AR build!

Gas system?

On an 18.6", I was hoping for intermediate or rifle. Too bad.

I'm not sure what you meen by intermediate.
There is pistol carbine mid lengh and rifle
Mid length give all the benfits of rifle length but with the option of useing carbine buffers and stocks with no issues .
Not that you can't use a rifle length gas system wirh a carbine buffer.AKA C7A2
Mid lenght is just idea for 14.5 to 18.5 inch bbls

I know there's a big debate on length of gas system on 18" guns.

I'm okay with mid length gas, there's enough big manufacturers building spr barrels in mid length that the reliable factor should be there.

To me really a shorter gas system means a lighter barrel, while still maintaining a medium contour.

And again I'm good with 8 weeks, I won't need until the SLR is shipping anyway!

ok . will ill make it happen
Gpoing to have a new listing for 18.6 bbls up later today
eta for delivery will be jan 25th but, if things go well then mag be a week or 2 before then, but like i posted , this is a very busy time of year i nthe Biz, and we wont Beta test on out clients.
