Ok fine....I'm a ammo hoarder

I have decided that i do not any longer hoard ammo and will only be keeping enough for my personal use in undisclosed quantities. I have decided to do this to help calm peoples fears about ammo hoarding. Im not hoarding it im just going to have enough for today and tomorrow too. Just remember the amount i deem reasonable for my personal use may differ from most peoples and i will never leave a good deal behind

Hoarding .22 ammo has become too expensive for me. When a good friend or relative runs sort, I give them a brick. And when I sell a .22 gun locally, I always include a brick.

As with any addiction first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. You really have have to hit bottom before you can get the monkey off your back.

For me it was a week ago when I got home and found, mixed in amongst my purchases a brick of Remington....that was the last straw for me. Paying good money for Remington 22lr ammo is all it took to snap me out of the hoarding fog I was in.

I am on my way to a full recovery, sent 300 down range on Saturday and didn't stop on the way home to replace them. Baby steps....

I thought I had a handle on things and was firmly on the straight and narrow. Then my pusher (Canadaammo) came out with a sweet deal on 7.62x54r and my willpower evaporated.

I do have a stash of over 2000 .311-.312 projectiles. I heard my lee enfield scratching the door of the gun safe and weakly saying feed me.... Feed me..... So hungry feed me. I think it's time to take her out again
