Cartridge oldest 45/70, newest 6.5x300 Weatherby, oldest rifle 1942 Husqvarna 46A in 9.3x62 [rechamber from 57] newest Weatherby Vanguard in 6.5x300.
 
Oldest: 8x57 JRS, the rimmed version of the cartridge that started it all

I don't shoot many new cartridges. Like many people the oldest cf cartridge is probably the .45-70. The oldest rifle I shoot is a rebuilt Sharps Borchardt single shot rifle built in 1878.

My oldest rifle is a Savage 1899 built in 1921. The cartridge dates from 1915.
My oldest cartridge is the .30-30, in a 1958 336A.
Newest rifle is a Savage 110 built in 2020. Chambered in .250 Savage.
Newest cartridge is the .280 Remington.
