I went out and bought a Simmons 3-9x32 scope. Looks nice. It's got a fairly low profile which looks very handsone on the rifle. Pictures to come. With the scope, the rifle is a freakin' tack-driver. The federal bulk packs seem to work quite well.
Edit:
I'm second guessing myself about buying the scope, it's kinda inconvenient to adjust the dials everytime you want to shoot a new target. I like iron sights for the fact you can quickly and easily switch elevation.
