This appears to be the most common reason for return/replacement by Tac Imports. Just contact the vendor and they ought to make it right with an RMA number and a mailing label....
You are fortunate to have access to a genuine Benelli/HK M3 Super 90, seeing as how they've been prohibited since the early 1990s. Since you are in a unique position to answer Bigcrigger's question, perhaps you can expand upon your statement by detailing exactly how/where the "Turknelli M3" is inferior to the real deal. Enquiring minds would like to know, as I personally find the Turkish M3 to be a well-built shotgun that performs exactly as expected. I would be useful to know where the Turkish gun falls short so that we are aware of any specific, potential failure points. Please elaborate, with comparative photos if possible.....

Haven't had a chance to test it out but other than the canted sight I am so far impressed with the shotgun

Got the Super 90 to the range for the first time today. Put about 15 rounds through it. Mix of 1 oz slugs and some birdshot. It cycled both no
problem.
However after 15 rounds I ran into an issue. The cocked hammer indicator had completely retreated into the reciever. This cause the load gate to be stuck and the not open.
When I got home and disassembled I found some pieces of plastic in the back of the reciever behind the bolt. It looks as though the pieces broke off from the trigger assembly. I assume this is what caused the hammer indicator to fail.
If anyone is willing to post a pic of their trigger group I would appreciate it just to see what it looked like before.
I have contacted TI about this and am confident they will take care of it but I'm not thrilled that it failed like this after less than one box of shells.
I realize this is not going to be the same quality as a Benelli and acquired it as something to tinker with.

Is that whole assembly polymer? I had sort of figured just the trigger guard was but I guess that wouldn’t make much sense
. Really do need to commend their customer support. My new "Black Aces" brand Benelli M4 Shotgun Telescoping Buttstock and Pistol Grip arrived today from Canadian Safety Source. It was drop-shipped, so took 3 weeks to arrive once ordered. The wait time was clearly stated in the advertisement, so no surprises nor disappointment. The critical factor was compatibilty with the Sulun M3/M4 Receiver, and I am pleased to report that the M4 Collapsing Buttstock sold by Canadian Safety Source threads into the Sulun Receiver without issue! Everything went together very well, with only the fit of the Polymer Trigger-Surround requiring some trimming with a Dremel Tool to accomodate replacement of the Sulun M3 Trigger Pack.

In summary, the Pistol Grip, adjustable Length of Pull and the Cheek-Riser afforded by the Black Aces Collapsible M4 Buttstock are excellent upgrades and are well worth the investment of $$ and the time required to adjust the fit of the Trigger Pack....
PS: Edited to Add that the NC Star brand Bayonet Mount for the Mossberg 500 clamps onto the Sulun M3 Magazine Tube without issue, allowing the use of a US M7 Bayonet or any compatible NATO STANAG Pig-Sticker:
