Go to Ontario.ca and into the Environment and Energy area. Under there you can get into the Hunting area and there you can find the 'apply to draw' or the 'purchase license' link. You will be taken to the homepage where you can purchase licenses, apply to draws, and there is a 3rd option to view draw results.
