Hey all - if you get your deer tags in the mail, be very careful reading it. The "Valid for Antlerless Deer" bit is written in about a size 2 font. I had missed it on both my wife's and my tag. She caught it when she looked at them. I would imagine it will be the same for moose tags as well.

I didn't miss it, it just doesn't say it. Oh well, maybe next year. I'll just have to settle for a monster buck I suppose.

Your absolutely right, good thing I had my bifocals upgraded cause I would've missed it. Finally got one after trying for 7 years!

Don't even get me started!!!!!!!!! When they came out with the outdoors card, it was supposed to be a phoque of a lot easier - you bought a license with a small sticker, put it on the back of your Outdoors card, and carried a small cable tie tag in your pocket. Now, you have to carry a phoquing roll of toilet paper for each fargin' license you buy. And the phoqueurs farmed it out to a U.S. firm because it was "cheaper". Never mind that the people doing the work now and the company don't pay a penny in Ontario or Canadian taxes, don't buy anything in Ontario and don't use any of our hyper-expensive hydro to print the phoquing tags.

Hey, I actually GOT / WON an antlerless tag draw for our WMU.... :dancingbanana:

Does that mean I don't get to shoot a buck? If I was lucky enough to have one lined up?

Cheers

Don't know if you are joking or not... but receiving and antlerless permit allows you to take one deer of any ### or age, fawn, buck or doe.

My son, father and I all received our tags in the mail and we were all successful in receiving antlerless permits.

It is even getting better. They have proposed regulation changes that will require you to carry your PAL with you also.
