Ontario Moose Tags,Who Got Em

wmu 41 - i did not even apply this year - went 14 years without a tag - all the tags go to the lodges and the guarantee groups - like who has 13 guys in their party anymore???
The deer are moving back in a round my place - i think i am going whitetail hunting this year instead. screw the mnr and their "system"

Your right, the system is totally retarded when they expect to have 13 hunters pool together to get a tag. Too many non hunter bureaucrats in the MNR sitting around the table making rules with absolutely no idea what reality is.

That's very true but it keeps them out of the woods lol
 
We got our bull tag in 41. But we planned it that way. 14 pool 1 entries.

On another note - a friend of mine with 3 guys in POOL B, got a cow AND bull tag in WMU 21A - entered as individuals!!
 
No one in our group of some 15 first group hunters were successful in 49 for the second year in a row. Doesn't seem right or fair as lots of moose activity and no minimum group size - why not?
