Hi, wondering what everybody opinions are on the 6.5PRC vs 6.5 Creedmoor? can’t decide which one to buy. Also which manufacture are making the 6.5PRC?

All depends on what you want it for, if it's just for target work, stick with the creed. Way more options for factory rifles, ammo and brass. If you want something with more punch, go with the prc. Quite a few major manufacturers and lots of custom shop are now chambering the prc. The prc will be more difficult to source stuff for but looks like a very fun round. Can't decide if my next build will be the prc or a 6mm creed.

Target shooting and hunting deer size game at longer range, go with the Creedmoor.
Anything bigger go with the prc.
Barrel life with the prc will probably be close to half, if you plan on shooting it for volume might want to consider that.

PRC has 32% more capacity which means 8% more velocity. It will launch the 140-156gr bullets at 2900+ fps. It gives an honest 200 fps more than the Creedmoor can

It really depends, for PRS/NRL style shooting or burning targets at the range 6.5 Creedmoor, if doing ELR style shooting (2000+ yards) or hunting at a distance the 6.5 PRC will be better. It's not worth the extra powder and recoil unless you really need it. 6.5 Creedmoor vs. 308 is really the same in terms of factory ammo availability. The 6.5 Creedmoor VS 308 Win is really moot these days. I was a 308 guy, and I still shoot it, but 6.5 Creedmoor does everything a bit better and is super easy to tune as well. The only valid argument (although it's grasping at straws) is barrel life. That's it, even then I say it like this, if you are worried about it, chances are you won't get close to it.
