I just purchased a 1951 Tula SKS with new synthetic stock and rails but no scope. My old eyes need some help so I stopped in to a local gun shop to purchase a scope and have installed, only to be told that there are no good solutions for my problem. Apparently if the scope is mounted over the rear dust cover it may require being zeroed in every time the gun is cleaned. If scope is mounted in front of the breech, then there are problems with eye relief and casing ejection. Can you help?
