Optics for Tavor

I'm surprised the charging handle was hitting the Strike Eagle. Was it mounted low??

Low as the offset nite force mount with stock tavor rail would allow. My hand was hitting the illumination control knob. In hind sight an aftermarket tavor rail or other offset mount or an additional riser might have made the difference. In all I am glad to have discover the Vortex Spitfire. It's a smaller lighter setup than the Strike Eagle option. Another good similar scope was the Burris 332.

Swapped this little scope on my Tavor back in the day. Served me well.

The Primary Arms series too is a must look at if you ask me..

I have had my Tavor for about 2 years now.... I tried an Eotech 552, then went to a Vortex PST1-4x MRAD, sold that and now a Burris XTR II ,1.5 - 8x . FFP.
I love this scope !
