Will it co-witness lower 1/3 with an A2 front sight post?

The one on the EE is 1/3 lower riser.

Order direct from where? Someone said Armsom USA won't ship and I can't find the original Armsom company.

I ordered from Armson USA and they shipped to me from Europe so they didn't have to deal with USA export issues.
