ORA CQB Match 1 - 2012 AAR & Stats

As long as I can keep it out of my eyes I am fine. I actually took to getting a sight picture and then closing my eyes to shoot cause the dust was blowing around my safety glasses right into my eyes.

That worked.....right up to the rapids. Doh.

It was nice to see my rifle and specifically the BCG get completely covered in crap and just keep bangin' away. I guess I should clean it before the next match. Is Langemark sand corrosive

Lesson to share:

Leave enough space between eject port and ground.

I got one brass bounced back into port and caused a jam....costed me >50 points.

Lefty shooters are fine....

I am not trying to one up anyone but flukes happen. The last clinic I ejected a round and it come back down landing in the breech of my pistol. Never had a round jump back into the Tavor tho, just a neat little pile of brass. I am always amazed at the distance some of those AR's can toss brass.

Hey !

I'm in the Operator Class ! I'm special! ha ha ha ha :nest: What a great time. Still enjoying the laughs I had on Saturday. Life does not get better with the multicam crew! :D

Cheers,
Barney
