Well, if you want to be great; Be Grateful!
I had a wonderful time with all of you. This is what I'm grateful for:
* a great community, fast to learn, fast to work and get the clean up done, super safety conscious, good habits... what's not to like?

* a well trained volunteer crew, super competent, hard working and on point, everyone knew their jobs well
* super shooters
* fantastic weather
* a fast march off
* great photos taken, then put up by Ganderite... my wife says I don't have a skinny/thin side, I beg to differ... ha haha
* a quick clean up, texted my wife at 1325 that we were waiting for stats at the picnic table
* a well prepared match procedure that's been tweaked over the years... nice to observe all that...

* a most eager MD (Andrew Dink28) to cycle the volunteers through the tasks and matches... we all play a part
I've most happy to help out once again on this end! Now the rest of you, step up and volunteer, you see we have a great community here and it's only going to get better. I've travelled across the country doing CQB clinics (BC, AB, SK, MB, and ON) and we are the envy of other Match Directors. We MD types seem to feed off each other and also cross pollinate ideas/tweaks/improvements. It's wonderful seeing the big picture unfold.
So step up and throw down (old snowboarder mantra), don't step down and throw up....
Okay, competitors.... what are you grateful for?
Cheers,
Barney
