So what did everyone learn from this last session?

Seriously, it was a treat to hear the guest speaker, and I think the section on mental prep needs to be expanded on and integrated into all chapters of the course. Breaking down the "I'm a noob, I'll get laughed at" mentality and raising shooter confidence along with competency has been overlooked for too long.
Bob, will there be any attempt to put all this great info into a CD or booklet for all those who couldn't make the winter training sessions?

Gen winner, too many other Canadian and Ontario championships smallbore and fullbore to count. Won two Gold, four Silver and two Bronze Medals in smallbore at the Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games fullbore bronze medal winner. And a DCRA Hall of Famer.
