Order in for my S&W 627 Performance Centre.....

Hello Caramel, if you are wanting to expand your S&W collection, you will probably need a 686 Performance Centre with a 5" barrel....or maybe a Model 625 .45ACP with a 5" barrel......:)
 
These were my first 16 shots at 10 yards with my S&W 327 PC. A well balanced and very accurate gun.

For the 357 mag i wil be cover wit my 627 PC 5 inch barrel, the only caliber, i would not mind having many firearms would be the 44 mag... Except if i could find a brand new 586 4 inch, as for pistol calibers in revolver they dont really excite me... JP.
 
For me the 44 Mag is to handguns, what the 308 is to rifles... Simply the most charismatic caliber available in their category... In my book that is... JP.
 
Epps got a Classic 586... but it is a 6 inch, i will call tomorrow, to see if they will recieve some 586 with 4 inch barrel... JP.
 
I was in Bullseye sports and handled the model 57 before buying my 629 4.2". The .41 mag has better penetration than the .44 mag when we are talking bear defence. Two boxes of ammo are included in the sale (which he imported himself from the US, just to seal the deal on these guns when selling) but this was not enough. I could not find any other ammo available for it in all of Canada, as well as components in large quantity. Total bummer. It has got to be the most underrated handgun calibre that I have ever come across, according to my research. And it is one hell of a beautiful classic gun to hold in hand. After I get into reloading (shortly) I will look for components and perhaps buy one. I'll pursue all avenues with this one before I step into a 460V or .500 magnum. Both fun but impractical with those overkill rounds, but with the .41 magnum it seems to have all the right stuff. I want to give Bullseye my business. They are the best in customer relations, especially face-to-face transactions. I am rooting for the success of the underdog! We need more competition here in London.

Exactly. Underrated by everyone except those that have used it or know its potential.

I've had great experience with Bullseye as well.
 
Been on the trail of a 57 for years.....yeah, 41 is a far better caliber than 44, but dirty harry used a 44.....sigh. Little known fact, in the first movie Harry actually was using a M27, because the demand for the 29 was so high they couldn't secure one for the set, and visually they where identical.
 
I have two (his and hers) 627-5 PCx8 that we shoot in ICORE. Both came from factory with DA action well over 13lbs. just crazy. Get a set of after market springs pronto and your life will be easy, now our DA is just over 7lbs. FYI you can now shoot these in IPSC Production division!

Did find on the net, some reviews in italian ( yes i read italian) and this show it is a badass revolver of great quality and accuracy, one is definitly coming to my herd... JP.
