That is an amazing kitchen, you could even rent it out to SAIT culinary red seals for demonstrations too and get a tax return. You would always have something new being cooked up 

Are there any plans to carry this program over to the wrong side of the country with Target Sports Canada?

How about bringing in a pro butcher to show some techniques for processing with the intention of saving time and maximizing the amount of meat?
