What I am reading here is that anyone who does hunt in his work clothes is foolish. On the other hand, anyone who dresses in clothes purchased for a purpose is foolish. Just what sort of clothing can one wear which is not considered to be "dress up" in your view? To me, you sound like a very judgmental individual.

Who’s judgemental? I don’t care if a guy spends 3K on his hunting coat. Don’t matter to me, buy what you can afford or spend your money on whatever you want. I just couldn’t believe buddy was calling the guy in the Foliet tuxedo a high ender that paid for his deer. Me I’m a Walmart guy but I don’t take the mick out of the Sitka boys. Life’s to short for that!

Absolutely beautiful! Is that a sweet sixteen the A5?

This is the thread of the year right here. Love these old throw back photos that show us just how little we really need to hunt. Modern technology is really cool but something about the old school way of doing it just soothes the soul. Fred bear is a a straight up hero in my opinion. The quality of game in some of these pics is incredible. It’s sad to see that hunting in parties is becoming a thing a of the past. Groups of guys hunting together to help each other. I wish we could get back to that in lot of ways. Hunting was measured by putting food on the table and hanging hides in the shack. It wasn’t measured in inches.
