So this week is officially over a year I'm waiting for two handgun purchases from the beginning of August 2022. I've tried to contact them through email and I keep getting back the same generic response that they're working on it. My transfer numbers are 599###x and I heard they're currently dealing with 607###x transfers from October. There's clearly an issue and I cannot take their generic responses anymore. How can I escalate it? Will my MP or ombudsman deal with these sort of thing or should I just suck it up? Can I decide to give up on the transfer and just ask for a refund? The government is basically holding my money and my purchases hostage and now I'm stuck with neither nor. Thanks
