Over-inflated resellers. BCL 102.

I just can't bring myself to sell it... I'm going to keep her, I like her too much!!!

Plus, deer season is just around the corner!!! :ar15:

If you're waiting for one, you will like it! I LOVE MINE!!!

Cheers

You weren't seriously trying to sell it anyways. Too much confliction and drama.
Anyways keep enjoying your 102. I look forward to hearing more about it.

You're right, but if someone had said they'd take it at the inflated price, I would have been severely tempted!

I imagine that it would have sold in 5 minutes @ MSRP... What say you gentlemen?

Cheers

Agreed. Maybe even a few bucks more. I wouldn't because I have patience but some would because they dont.

You could without a doubt break even right now but then what fun would you have?

Enjoy

It's actually illegal to sell firearms via Facebook if I'm not mistaken and for that price you might as well just get a Bushmaster XCR for about $500-$600 cheaper...

Most stupid rule ever made. While ISIS can recruit and lefties promote hate. BUT legal sale of firearms BAD. Someday if when you become a firearm owner you'll understand.

I would have sold it and bought another JAY. IF silly folks will pay over retail for a used gun, just to have it now, then *%$#@)?"_ em. LOL. Sell it and buy another when the next batch comes. I'm serious, sell the damn thing and buy another next batch. You know you have plenty of other guns you can use this year. Once the 102 hype dies down so will the over retail resell price, take advantage of it while it is here. I still to this day am stumped that people pay over 4k$ for a modern hunter, but people line up for that &*^%$!!! .

If guys and gals with cash want to spend it then let em. I sold guns and then re-bought at a better price.... Tikka T-3 in 22-250, and a JR carbine in 9mm. Buy used, resell higher, by used again after realizing you miss it..

It's just been my experience from being in 2 firearm groups on FB. I already understand fully man...

So much for the ### change they said you were getting with the money from your 102 eh? I read that this morning on FB lol.

As to the OP, happens with every friggin pre-order with limited availability. You'll see it in the EE here as well. Supply and demand and all that. Besides, it's the sellers property and they can ask what they want, doesn't mean they'll get it.

If they smoke his firearms post so be it , but you reporting him Lawfully selling a firearm is a bit of a b!tch move.

Gotta agree with that sentiment.

Anyone who pays $4000 for an NEA product is a fool, these are not some limited run collectors rifle, supply simply hasn't caught up to demand yet. Give it a couple more months and they'll be on the EE for $1500.

You could always lowball him with a $1000 offer reminding him that they are $2000 new and the next batch will be along shortly followed by another followed by another. By spring I bet there won't even be a waiting list, and if they don't get their consistency up so everyone is getting a good rifle instead of it being a bit of a gamble the demand will drop even faster.

Im counting on it and waiting with cash in hand. EE for me. Let someone else pay the taxes :)

This thread is about overpriced firearms...

But it's even worse when guys run on about how cheap a particular rifle is.

Example Ruger Precision Rifle and Norinko M305

It's as though forum posts are somehow secret and wont be read by the guys who manufacture or sell them.

I assume the assumption is that dealers are not smart enough to take the hint and raise the prices.

When you think you are getting a good deal on something... it's generally best to shut up about it.

Overpriced on the other hand... well... rant away guys!!!!

Talking about firearms on facebook feels like talking to a bunch of Airsoft Rambo Operator wannabe's it's the last place on earth I would go for firearms information which is why I'm quite disappointed that NEA/BCL seems to put more info there than on their actual website.
