P*** off the Canadian Goverment Buy handgun for $47 shipped!!

Agreed. If I could reach new Rpal holders I would tey and get this too them.
As you can tell I'm not trying to many any money out of this .
Just teying to get those numbers up!!

I am sure that new RPAL holders could easily reach out to you if you would be so inclined. This is just junk unless it is registered.

Not only are all gun owners facing a potential loss of their hobby and hard-earned money YOU and other dealers would be closing shop.

It would be super if dealers did their utmost to get such frames which are for the most part useless junk registered in the hands of RPAL holders while it is still possible.

Appreciate the gesture, BBB. Warms the cockles when the g-men get sucked into nuzzling the 'ol undercarriage.

Also appreciate that this is costing you at the rate you're shipping the frames for.

That said, if anyone is tight on funds, may I suggest that $50 is better spent at this stage in the game to fund the politicians and gun orgs who are fighting for us on the front lines.

I kinda want to get one just so I can have a normal one and one to go full bubba on and cerakote it some ridiculous gaudy pattern/color.

Just placed an order. I do have restricted firearms already but intent do mount this on the wall (secure locking device etc) as a conversation piece. Hopefully I can educate a few (although I have good friends who are not scared of inanimate objects).

Somebody on this thread mentioned that more important than number of firearms is number of RPAL holders. I've got 2-3 friends to work on, take them to range, get them interested. Plus my wife, she is already on-board. If every RPAL holder can get 1 new RPAL holder soon that would make a big difference.

You are missing the whole point of the post, I don't think anyone buying these would be thinking about making a working gun, would not make sense as you point out.
Same thing going on when C68 was in the works.
A stripped Tokarov frame, even at $47., makes sense only for someone who doesn't intend to use it for target shooting.

It will cease to be the "cheapest option" if you elect to buy the parts to make it operable, and then suffer through the process of trying to make it function correctly, and then learn of all of the shooting sports in which you cannot use it. If you pay for all of the necessary parts to make it operable, and then place a value on your frustration, the total cost (by comparison) will make a $600. S&W M&P9 2.0 look like the "cheapest option".

I'm going to order, bought an AR stripped lower also to get numbers up...I have a set budget, so I don't have a lot of guns. I 'only' have 3 guns and they're all handguns, in 9mm, 40 and 45. But just like the stripped AR, this is a great way to up my restricted numbers and not have to use the CC.

Good to hear!!

On a side note, hanging onto one of these in the back of your safe could someday prove useful in that no matter what else you do in terms of buying/selling/trading, come what may you won't ever inadvertently find yourself in a predicament where you've just "sold/transferred your last one".

Maybe someone already asked this, but where did all the parts go for these? Is there no part kits available for tt's? I only ask because if the three I own, would be nice if i could secure some backup parts.
