As Greentips said this is a Canadian Colt Armed Forces spec upper and is where they differ from a standard M4 upper as seen elsewhere and distinctly Canadian Diemaco----Dieseldog!
 
You mean Colt Canada was using up old stock from previous contracts for their civvie sale guns?? Can't say I'm at all surprised...

Pretty much sums it up... Looks like CC ran out of the original T12 uppers & went digging in the part bin to fit all further SA's with 14 slot uppers at or before the # 500 mark. That means probably more 14 slot SA's around.
 
I was wondering with the release of the complete lowers how it's going to effect the price of the $600 stripped lowers in the EE.

Just buy one of the 3 Stripped lowers for 399 that Al simmons got today... But seriously those stripped lowers are nothing special, They are not worth 400 let alone 600... lol...

But I do have mine... :)
 
The prices on these are seriously jacked for some thing made 45 minutes down the road from me. I love what colt Canada is doing but really $800 for a lower?

$650 now.

Don't quite understand the seller's logic when you can drop another brown and get the whole bottom half complete now. Then again, this is the CGN EE...someone will buy it.

Another reminder why I'm so glad I got mine from Wolverine at a fraction of the ridiculous EE price.
