I am sure it looks something like this:

Lacquer paint and a wire brush (flicking / spattering) or lacquer paint in a spray gun, wide open, set to 40 - 60 psi.
I've asked at Michaels in Winnipeg on several occasions and they always look at me like I'm a two-headed alien. Can you remember the name/manufacturer?Micheals here in BC is carrying the webbing. Two stores I checked had the webbing in black, sliver and gold.
