PAL Question

You only have to pay if you are getting a new license or it expired. Renewals are currently free just don't put anything in the pay part.

Oh and another thing if you check the status online and it says issued you don't have to wait until they mail it to you. Call and ask what your license # and expiration date is. I bought a rifle from Frontier Firearms and had it in my hands about 5 days after my birthday without even seeing my PAL for another week. Thats about as fast as it gets as far as I know.

You may be able to purchase a non-restricted without possessing the licence but for restricteds', most online Dealers require a copy of the RPAL prior to purchase.
